1996 Dodge Grand Caravan LE. 89940 miles. 3.3L engine. The wipers will not work when turning on for intermitant, lo, or hi speed. But if you push in on the knob to wash the windshield, the wipers do work as expected by sweeping a few times. Is this a fuse or relay problem or something else?
