Dodge Grand Carvan 2000 car stops at low speeds

Hi i a have Dodge grand carvan 2000, 170K Kms. from few months i am having problem car shuts down when i am at stop signs i have to restart car. it works fine when i am driving recently i have done following parts changed on my car

1.tune up done ( Plugs and cables changed)
2.radiater was leaking replaced radiator

My mechanic says its fuel injector problem it need cleanup.when i put good gas and fuel injector cleaner problem reduces. i can feel vibration spikes when my car is at stop it feels like engine is going to shut down.
please advice what could be the problem ?

Possibly the Idle air control valve, it's bolted to the side of the throttle body.
