2005 Dodge Caravan check engine light on, engine sputters

My van starting sputtering recently. The check engine light comes on periodically. Have tried adding fuel system cleaner but so far no luck. Any ideas?

The check engine light means there are probably one ore more diagnostic trouble codes stored. Have someone plug in a code reader. That may help pinpoint the cause. Advance Auto or Auto Zone will read it for free.
