2004 Dodge Caravan blower motor stoipped working

There isn't a high that works on the blower now so its said to be the blower motor. Where would it's location be and would there be anything else to change on it, like a fuse or resistor that would need changing with a new blower motor. Is it an easy change or does the whole dashboard need to be removed?

ITS ON PASS SIDE
check fuses under hood
also check the relay
check BCM for codes
