2003 Dodge Caravan Stalls at stop lights

2003 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 92000 miles
Why does my Caravan stall when I go to leave at a stop light. It does not stall when sitting at an idle, but when I go to step on the gas to go, it will stall. I had the air filter, oil filter and fuel filter changed and it did not stall for a couple weeks but seemed like it was running a little rough when idling. Now it stalled again.

Have you checked for vacuum leaks?
