2002 Dodge Caravan heater fan block resistor

my heater fan blower motor only works on the high speed.
is there some kind of a resistor that controls that ? and if so where is it located?

If you have ATC (Automatic Climate Control) then you have a blower power module that is just behind the glove box. If you have MTC (manual Temp control) then a blower motor resistor that is in the same place.
