I have a 2000 caravan, that I think ran out of fuel... it was very low on fuel when I parked it, the next day it wouldn't start - I assumed just happen to run out of fuel, and I was lucky to get it home.
I put fuel in it ( a full 18l gas can), and I still cannot get it to start. I've tried several times, and it just cranks and cranks.

Where is the fuel pump for this? I ca't hear anything, but I never did in this van......
How about a fuel filter?... can I assume that maybe I picked up some debris in the bottom on the tank, and it's blocking things?

I've check the fuses, and everything it powered.... if I find the fuel filter, can I blow the lines back into the tank to un-jam things?

I'd appreciate any suggestions

Cars that are equipped with electric fuel pumps can become damage if the car runs out of gas. The fuel pump is located in the gas tank and will more than likely have to be dropped in order to replace it. Some cars do have access to the pump by removing the back seat or a panel. I don't know if this is the case with your car. The filter should be located under the car. Try to follow the fuel line to find it. Common places are under the drivers seat and near the rear by the tank. I don't like to change parts out because I think they are bad, I want to know they are bad. Before jumping to conclusions, check for spark and make sure it's a fuel problem and not a ignition problem. Good luck
