WIFE DROVE THRU 2.5FT DEEP WATER. CAR STOPPED, CAR WILL NOT TURN OVER. BATTERY GOOD, SUSPECT WATER IN CYLINDERS. NO SIGNS WATER IN OIL. AIR FILTER SND PLUGS SHOW SIGNS OF WATER. HELP

Engine is not turning over or it's not starting? If it's not turning over then theres a charging system or starting system issue. With water damage possible, I would start with having the alternator tested and checking drive belts to ensure they didn't get knocked/slipped off.
