1999 Dodge Caravan help please

Engine Performance problem
1999 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 108+ miles

my belts snap off the van. i replaced them with new one and also replaced the alternater. i went to start the van and it cranks like it want to start but doesnt. i also check the spark plug , fuel pumps working, and had a person check the timing belt everything is good.
