1999 Dodge Caravan 3.3 Engine Does Not Start

1999 Dodge Caravan with 3.3 Engine with 95,000 miles does not start. I had the battery, starter and alternator tested and they checked out good. Sometimes the van will start and sometimes it just makes a clicking sound when I turn the key. Can you tell me what the problem might be? Thank you.

Check for corodded or unproperly tightened battery cables and terminals, on battery and starter. If that is all good test out the ignition switch.

You may want to check for corrosion on the other end of the pos and neg. Wiring.
