no power goes to the engine from the ignition switch. `the electrical panel works. the battery is working the fuses were checked. does the engine have a kill switch that stop the ignition switch to start the van.

You will need to be more specific. Does it not crank?crank and not start?

it does not crank nor does it start.it looks like the ignition switch does not send power to the starter.

Find the starter and test the small wire for 12 volts with key in crank position. Does it have an aftermarket alarm system?

You will need a test light. Under dash/column wiring check the big yellow wire out of the ignition switch for 12 volts in crank position.If none then ign switch is probably bad, if it has power, go to underhood relay center and unplug the starter relay. Conn #86 shoul dbe power in crank position, #30 is power,#85 should be ground when key in crank position. If no power at #30 , check fuse #23. Does this van have an aftermarket alarm?
