1998 Dodge Caravan water pump

I have water leaking from under the wheel or gear (or whatever you call it) on the front of my water pump. I think it is because the bearing and the seal are cheesed. I think I need to replace the water pump. Any advice on the removal or replacement procedures would be great!

What size engine? 3.0L, 3.8L etc?
