The parking lamps/ turn signal lamps flash on an off when vehicle is turned off, headlamp switch is off and door is shut. When any door is open, the "headlamp on" chime sounds. When driving the vehicle there is a slight smell of electrical burning. Headlamp switch gets hot, even though it is turned off. I replaced the headlamp switch with a new one. Problem still exists.

Inspect and test the park lamp relay in the power distribution center for a start before we go into other components involving the the park/turn lights.

I tried your suggestion and replaced the parking lamp relay. The problem still exists.

So far I replaced the head lamp switch and the parking lamp relay. Any other suggestions?
