Electrical problem
1998 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I turned my van off to wash it one day, after washing it I turned it on to moved it and noticed that my head lights were flashing. They stop flashing when the switch is in the on position, but start flashing as soon as they are switched off. Could this be a problem with a relay or fuse maybe, if so how can I fix it?

Is your vehicle equipped with daytime running lamps? If so inspect light sensor on dash to ensure nothing is covering it. Also check high beam and low beam relays, located in the power distribution center, under hood. For information on checking a relay, follow the link below.
