Hi there. AC stopped blowing cold last week. I checked the low side and it was down pretty far. After I filled it back up I heard a hissing sould (engine was off at this point). After some hunting I found the noise on the high side valve and had to tighten it. By that time most of what I had put in came out. After filling it back up again and insuring no leak this time the AC was still hot. I also have my rec air and ac lights blinking at me. I looked around on the net and found the retest procedure but that is not stopping the blinking. What next?

Ok how would I do that. All I bought was one of those cheap cans of 134 with a pressure gauge? This is a new area for me, just a computer guy.

I didn't notice the high side leak until after I had filled the low side up, the low side was just about 0 when I started. It leaked for about 5 mins before I could nail it down to that value. Since I tightened it the leak is gone, but I can see the need for a reading. What should I get for that?
