WHEN I'M GOING UP HILL ITS DOWNS SHIFTS TO A LOWER GEAR BUT ONCE I START TO GO DOWN HILL ITS DOESN'T SHIFT UP. IT STAYS IN A LOWER GEAR.I CHANGED THE TRANS FLUID AND FILTER BUT ITS DIDN'T HELP. WHAT COULD THIS BE?
