OK we had a flush and fill done on the transmission about 2 months back and just recently we noticed that when ever we drive and come to a complete stop the car hesitates or drags to pick up speed when you press on the gas for a little bit then it will kick in does this mean the transmission is slipping or could it be a sensor or fuel filter it only happens every other complete stop?

If the vehicle accellerates with the increase in RPM's, then the transmission isn't slipping. Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Fuel pressure?

If it was tuned up and the light hasn't come on, chances are you have a vacuum leak or a fuel pressure issue. Check for leaks and let me know what you find.
