My caravan has been experienceing some problems for several months. Beginning with the loss of a/c including flasing a/c & recirc lights. Then, it began intermittantly losing gages, they would bottom out. From there I lost cabin lights, Hi beam headlights, remotre mirrors, etc. I consulted forums and suspected that the problem might be the BCM. Before I could address that suspected issue, I drove to work and upon leaving for the day, attempted to start the vehicle and got nothing. NO clicks, no ticks, I did have dimmed dash lights. I took the battery out and had it checked, it is less that 1 yr old and was diagnosed as being fully charged. I then purchased a starter. Still no start. I then purchased an ignition switch, still no start. I also have to note that now all of the gages are completely pegged to the right. I then, suspecting the BCM, purchased a BCM & PCM to see if that would resolve the problem, NO GO. So, I brought my dad down to check it out. I am great with mechanical, but electrical is not my gig. He's about to pull his hair out on this one. He towed my vehicle back to michigan with him so he could try to solve this problem, but now he needs it out of his yard. SO PLEASE someone any ideas? For 188000 miles this thing ran like a top and has been well maintained. Would love to get it running again. THANKS in advance for any assistance you can provide and let me know if you think I've left anything out.

Have you checked to see if there is power to the starter relay? If you jump the starter does it crank?

If it will jump start, something tells me you have a ground issue. Have you checked the ground to the engine block to make sure it is clean and tight?
