Electrical problem
1996 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Automatic 120000 miles

Recently bought this van. When I bought it the cruise control was working, now it won't work. Yet, my main concern is the turn signals and windshild wipers seem to have a mind of their own. Sometimes they the signal work and sometimes they don't. The windshild wipers always work, but sometimes they won't shut off or the speed will change by it's self. I checked the fuses and they seem to be fine. What do I check next?

That doesn't sound good. I can't be much help with the cruise control since I don't have that on my '96 Caravan, but the wiper problem I share that, and I don't even know what to do about it but that doesn't really bother me. I used to have the same problem with the turn signals. The problem for me wasn't the fuses, it was the relay. Look here underneath the instrument panel on the driver's side, see where all those fuses are under there? Just get down on the floor and look up, and towards the very top of this fuse box you'll see a large relay, and that controls the turn signals and would probably need to be replaced.

That second picture is what the relay itself looks like. Sorry that's all I can help ya with. =/
