This morning my wipers stopped working during use and I thought it may be the fuse but its not, the windshield was frosty at the time , do you think I will need to replace the wiper motor? it still dont work and the temperature outside has risen to over 45 degrees so I don't think it's weather related.

There is 20A fuse controlling the power. In the fuse block, location #5. If that is good, can you spray the windshield washer fluid? If yes, electrical system works. Turn on the wipers. Can you hear the motor running? If no, test power to the electrical connector on the motor. You may just need to replace the resistor and supressor (located on top of the motor), instead of the whole motor.
