All signs are pointing to a vehicle speed sensor problem, such as speedometer not working, transmission not shifting correctly and now odometer is also not working. Where are both the input and output vehicle speed sensors located? Is it necessary to replace both?

there is only one vehicle speed sensor (VSS) and it is on the top rear of the transaxle extension. the others are called output speed and turbine speed sensors and do not effect the speedo.
