1992 Dodge Caravan Engine wont start

I stored the van a few months back and it was running. I pulled it out of storage and I cant start it. Tried starting fluid and it will run for around 10 seconds and stop filled up the carb with gas and will run for a few more seconds tried to disconnect fuel line to carb to see if it spits out fuel while I crank the engine. It wont what should I do

Do you hear the fuel pump turn on when you turn the key on? I have a check you can do for fuel pressure. Your regulator is probably shot.
