I would try an ASD (auto-shutdown)relay. they have been known to do things like that and they power the PCM. Is the check engine light on? if so have it scanned and get back to me with the code/codes

All relays are new the check engine light never comes on and it has been scanned three times and no codes have been found. There are several question on this forum from different people that has the same problem. So this must be a common problem with the Dodge Avenger. But no one knows what is causing the car to cut off while driving down the road and somethings it will start back by its shelf before you come to a stop and sometimes it will cut completely off. We have also switched out the pcm with a friend car and he has no problem with my but I still have the same problem with his pcm.

Thanks

Have you tried a crank angle sensor?
