engine has been dying out when cars comes to stop, i did a full tune up wires plugs cap rotor. also replaced idle air control vale nothing now car wont even start

first determine which is missing fuel or spark. You will need to see if you have a bright blue spark when grounding a spark plug wire to the engine block while cranking the engine over. Attach a fuel pressure gauge to the fuel rail and turn the key on to see what the fuel pressure actually is.
