Shuts off when transmission is shifted into gear?

Starts runs, and idles fine. As soon as I put it in drive or reverse, the car shuts off, I'm not sure why. Can anybody help me out? Please.

This can be a vacuum leak, dirty throttle body or a locked-up transmission torque converter. When you put it in gear does the engine stall instantly or does it take a few seconds? This guide can help, also do you have any check engine lights on? If so, we should clear the codes. Here is what I would do first which is service the throttle bore; this guide will help walk you through the steps with instructions below for your car:
