Transmission problem

I am not sure if it is a transmission problem. When I change gears the motor is still running on, it has been doing this for few months. Now when I change gears it seems to loose power.
I also have problems with the clutch. When I put my foot down on the clutch, it feels like it is scrapping on something. When I put my foot on the clutch it should run down smoothly and it doesnt.
