Blew a head gasket. Changed it. All back together and it wont start. I am not getting any spark a #1.

I have worked and built American cars all my life. This is my first and last attempt at on a Daewoo.

Crank position sensor is mounted to oil pump near a slotted wheel that is part of the crank pulley.

The A/C compressor bracket has to be removed for accessing it.

The other item to check would be the cam position sensor located near the cam pullies.

I decided to check the other plug wires. I am gfetting spark on 2 and 3, but not 1 and 4. I think that it may be a bad coil array.

I will look into the other items you pointed out also. I think that the sensor is Ok since it is firing on 2 and 3.

Thanks again.

If 2 and 3 is firing, then it is possible the coil is bad.

Good luck.
