I cannot find anywhere what this code is for. A friend of mine was driving and then lost all gears, deleted the code and still, car goes forward when in reverse or neutral. Initially it slowed him down and lost power then the drivetrain malfunction came on.

The P18D6 code is related to a fault in the hydraulic pressure control unit of the transmission. Here is how to change it out in the images below. Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Thanks. Is it possible it's low on fluid and not able to hold pressure?
