While I am driving. My vehicle cluster will switch off. The car is still running and all the electronics eg lights, indicators will work. But the cluster switches off and on repeatedly.
This is also very erratic. I have gone days where nothing happens. And I have gone days where is doesn't stop switching off and on and off and on.
NO ERRORS are logged on the computer. And when the dealership connects their diagnostics computer. While it is doing it. NO faults are recorded.
If the car is switched off. And the dash cluster is misbehaving. The car will not start.

It really sounds like you've got a cluster going bad. Opel is a GM product like here in the states. The clusters in these vehicles are part of the anti theft system, which causes the car to not start when its misbehaving. You should take it out if you can and check the plugs and wires going into the back of it for burned or deformed plastic parts or loose/chaffed wires. You might even be able to have your cluster rebuilt. We do it here all the time
