1995 Citroen C1 My Citroen AX cooling Fan Problem.

I have a 1995 citroen ax with a cooling fan that never stops.

This problem occured b4 and it was fixed in the garage but costed alot, the problem was simple as a cut in a wire or plug or something.

Thermostates, fuses and all related computer things are all ok but the problem is simple and I just cant figure how and where is this problem so please help me.
