My 1997 plymouth voyager van cranks but will not start. I parked my van for 3 weeks practically on a empty tank of gas. The 4th week, I put 4 gals. Of gas and started the car, it cranked over but it did not start. I thought it was the battery, so I had it charged. I tried again and it didn't start, so I checked the fuses. The ignition off draw fuse was blown so I replaced it, I also replaced the fuel pump relay and the auto shut down relay. I checked for the humming of the fuel pump. When I turn on the igniton, I can hear it. I also pulled the #1 spark plug wire to check for any spark. I could see the spark jump to the engine block, so that seems ok. Could you please tell me what else I'm suppose to check for?

Welcome to the forum, I'd check for spark at more than one plug, also, use a gage and check fuel pressure. Check for troublecodes. You should be able to get some mil codes. You turn key just till dash lites come on, no further. Cycle key, on--off, on--off, on, then the check engine lite starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes. Your looking for two digit codes.
