Blower runs all the time, at high speed.
Whether set on low or high. It just happened I changed the blower relay and no help. If I pull the relay it quits blowing. 2003 T&C 74K miles 3.8 L V6

The problem could be caused by a defective control switch and blower resistor.
Meanwhile I'll be looking for the resistor location

I got the blower motor resistor its on the right of the HVAC assy.
