Electrical problem
2005 Chrysler Town and Country Engine Size unknown Front Wheel Drive Automatic 75000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
I have a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country LX. I just had it in the shop about 2 weeks ago for some issues with the power locks and the power windows. I also mentioned that my odometer would flicker rather randomly. They told me it was my battery. We put in a new battery and the problem never stopped and now the switch to control the heat and A/C fans does not work. We thought it was the blower motor so my husband bought a new one and put it in but had the same problem.

Any thoughts?

couple thoughts,

Check for the PCM harness touching the rear cylinder head and getting affected from excesive heat.

I KNOW the older ones were affected, but not sure how far this problem has continued.

Just thought I'd let you know that the problem was the blower motor, blower motor resistor and the cluster

appreciate the up date...The strange thing is the resistor should not not affect the high speed, and after the motor was replaced the problems still existed..Maybe it was just the cluster?
