Hi my heater has just started not to work well. Its not heating as well as it did. Once I turn it on it takes a very long time just to get a little warm. It also has a funny small, like an oil or somethiing like that.

Please let me know how I can do.

I believe that you are low on antifreeze. The funny smell is antifreeze smell burning onto hot engine. Look for wet spot on the ground where you park, and also on the engine where the heater hoses are.
