Battery has juice, starter either wont turn over?

Battery has juice, starter either wont turn over (just one single click) or it tries and just wont finish.

if the lights on the interior come on that wont mean there is enough juice to start it. try taking a jump. if it take a jump then check/change the battery. the click is good that means the relay is good. . also check the terminals/connections for corrosion and scrape them for a good connection.
