My blower and heater does not work what is wrong?

First use a test light to see if there is power at the blower motor. If it has power and wont work it is most likely the motor. If it doesn't have power and all fuses are good, it is most likely the fan speed resistor, should be in the HVAC plenum near the blower motor, just follow the wires from blower back to it
