Have a 2001 Chrysler Town and Country. Whenever im stopped and in drive my speedometer starts going crazy. Back and forth. Then when I start accelorating my van starts hesitating and jerks like the geers are skipping. This doesnt last long but it seems like whenever Im stopped this happens. At one point my van just stayed at 0 for about 5 minutes. Im pretty sure its electrical but not sure what to check. My stepfather cleaned the battery connections just in case it could have been that.
