2001 Chrysler Town and Country out side air sensor

Outside air temp always reads 130deg. Used to read correct then change rapidly. Now stuck on 130. Affects heater.

Ambient temperature sensor is located on left side of radiator support
check sensor and wiring

need manual CHECK IT @
