i love my t&c, the other day the service engine light came on and scared me to death, because i know of their transmission problems. my husband got the codes out and it was something with the transmission. he said the fluid was low and put some fluid in it, but i know that was not it, because the car doesn't seem to be shifting correctly. sometimes the rpm's are registering where they should be, sometimes they seem to high- like the car is not shifting up to drop the rpms. when i got out of the car this evening there was a faint smell of burning rubber. and ideas as to what this could be? i am very scared to go anywhere because i don't want to get stuck with a 4month old in the cold weather.
