If the weather is hot the van won't start?

1999 Chrysler Town and Country 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

If the weather is hot the van won't start. I try turning it over and it clicks several times. Battery shows 90+% charge.

If it only happens when the van is hot, and you have a charged battery, chances are the starter is going bad. When this happens, have a helper turn the key to the start position and check to see if there is 12 volts to the smaller wire on the starter. If there is, chances are it's the starter.
