Turns over but won't start, then it won't turn over at all. There's a clicking noise on the right side of the motor. We recently had to a dealer. It was there for two months. They replaced the upper body mod and a power mod, new battery + a new alternator. We've put around $1,500.00 into it so far and am not sure I want to take it back to the same dealer. Could this be a starter issue? Do you suppose we should be able to get some of our money back from the dealer since none of the things they did corrected the problem?

Hello,

It sounds like you might have a faulty starter. As you can hear it click on the solenoid, but it is not allowing the starter to engage to start the engine.
Keep in mind this can also be due to corroded wire to the starter.
So, inspecting the starter cable and making sure it is clean and secured should be the first step.

Take a look at this helpful guide:

This issue might not be related to the work you have done at the dealer.

I have attached the starter replacement procedure below.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
