Can you please tell me how to turn the alarm off so I can start my van, their is a remote starter on there to it also is an alarm.

If it is factory alarm (your remote keyfob would have Chrysler logo on in, such as this one):

Close all doors. Use your key (not the remote) to lock the driver door. Wait 45 seconds for the alarm to set. And use the key again (and again, not the remote) to unlock the door.

If it is aftermarket alarm (no Chrysler logo), then you have to follow the manufacturer's instruction. In which case, you may have to access their website to find the instruction.
