DASHBOARD CLUSTER, INSTRUMEN

1997 Chrysler Town and Country

Electrical problem
1997 Chrysler Town and Country 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 128, 00 miles

When I start the vehicle the check engine light is on. Within 10 minutes the ABS light comes on and the dash and instruments go offline. I've had the vehicle to different mechinics and have replaced the instrument cluster, onboard computer and the body control module and the problem is still there. Can you help?
