Our CD player will not work. How do you remove the front plate that holds it in the dash?

The trim panel pops off with snaps. Two 3/8" bolts hold the radio in. If you have a cd player only, there are a few models that develop weak lasers. (GM cd players have a 100 percent failure rate)! If you have a cd / cassette combo, they are built by Mitsubishi and are very high quality. I've never found a bad laser yet on one of those. That part isn't a costly repair, however there are a few other common problems that I address at the same time to prevent future problems.
