What would cause all cylinders to misfire? Our check engine light came on and we took it to Auto Zone to find out why. The technician said the computer readout said all cylinders were misfiring.

Causes of Multi-Cylinder Misfire are -

Worn Plugs and Wires.....

Malfunctioning Coil Pack....

Malfunctioning IAC (Idle Air Control Valve)....

Vacuum Leaks....

Low Fuel Pressure or Faulty Fuel Pressure Regulator....

and

Low Cylinder Compression....
