The radiator on my 2003 chrysler sebring lx 2.4l sohc automatic transmission has a smaller radiator in front of it. I think it controls the heating system somehow. I was wondering the name of that part and how much it costs

That part is called a "Condenser". It is part of the A/C system, not the heater.

You can pick one up at AutoZone for: $190.

Labor will be expensive, since they'll have to discharge, recycle, then recharge the R134a in the system.
