2001 Chrysler Sebring WON'T START

2001 chrysler sebring won't start It will not even click, however headlights work, turn signals do not work, a/c blower motor works, radio does not. Is there a major fuse or relay that may have blown??

I need you to check something. Have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for voltage to the smaller wire on the starter. You should be getting 12+ volts. Let me know what you find.
