Your problems is the "clock spring". It is the unit that takes the electrical connection from the steering wheel to car power suppliy and fuses. So it enclude horn, cruise control and airbag. This unit is located just under the steering wheel. Its price is about $50 on the internet. You have to remove the steering wheel by first remove the 2 screws under the cruise control switches (in the back of the steering wheel)right and left. Carefuly disconnect the wiring connectos of these switches. Then you can see another 2 screws or nuts that holds the airbag unit. By removing them and disconnect the 2 air bag different colors connectors, you will need special steerin wheel tool to remove the steering wheel. Then you are ther.
