Where is the blower motor switch and how does one get to it and replace it.

Do you mean the blower motor resistor? This is what usually has to be replaced Stratus/Sebring. If it is, it is behind the glove compartment, next to the blower motor.

After I posted the question, I found your response to the same Q on 11-17-08. The directions from Stratusphere were excellent. Truly only a "15 minute" job.

The resistor is below the glove box and easily accessible at the passenger's right foot area once the 2 pins holding the HVAC panel cover are removed.
