My tail lights & hazard lights work, but I have no break lights. What should I look at to fix this?

Check fuse 4--20amp, underhood fuse block. Not only check the fuse, use voltage tester on fuse circuit, should be hot all the time. Next, I'd check voltage to and from the brake switch, the brake switch should be activated by the brake pedal arm.
